Meet our Board
Busa Board
BUSA is established in terms of a Memorandum of Incorporation and is governed by a Board of Directors (Board). The Board consists of members elected by each of the membership categories and is supported by two Committees.
Each membership category is also represented by an alternate Board member. Alternate Board members participate in the strategic planning session and attend Board meetings only in the absence of the respective Board member.
