Any business representative organisation may apply in writing for membership of the Business Unity South Africa (BUSA). Applications are submitted to the Board for consideration and are subject to the prescribed membership criteria. In accordance with the BUSA Memorandum of Incorporation, the Board may, at its discretion, approve an organisation that qualifies for membership. Membership is not transferable.

This document constitutes both the membership information pack and the membership application form. Please complete the required information and return the completed document to BUSA c/o Zelda.Setladi@busa.org.za with a copy of –

• Your Constitution or Memorandum of Incorporation
• List of your current Board members or Management Committee
• Annual Financial Statements for the past 2 years
• B-BBEE verification certificate if applicable
